Built for Tier 1 supply chains: documented competency, verified Right-to-Work and expiry-controlled tickets for Lantra NHSS 12A/B/D and NRSWA Unit 2/10.

Book Crew Supply Overview
We hold evidence on file (on request): ticket copies, photo ID, Right-to-Work checks, CSCS (where held), inductions and basic competency records. Operatives are deployed to the competency required for the road environment (street works vs high-speed).

What Ops Managers Need

Lantra NHSS Competency

Lantra 12D (including M1/M2, M3, M5 and M6 where required). High-speed support via Lantra 12A/B (including, Trainee, Operative, LTMO & IPV Driver/Forman).

NRSWA Street Works

Where applicable, operatives and supervisors can support works requiring NRSWA Unit 2-10 Operative upto Supervisor also to include LA, SLG and reinstatement for hot/cold lay.

Document Control

Expiry-controlled tickets, shift records, and evidence packs available for contractor audits (tickets, Right-to-Work, induction/PPE confirmations).

Our Vetting Standard

A compliance-first process designed to reduce risk for TM contractors and utilities.

1) Tickets & Competency (Verified)

  • Lantra NHSS: 12D (M1/M2), 12D (M5), 12D (M6), 12A/B and IPV driver competency where required
  • NRSWA: Unit 2 (Operative) / Unit 10 (Supervisor) where required by scheme
  • Matching competency to environment: street works / temporary signals / high-speed
  • Copies held on file and supplied to clients on request

2) Right-to-Work & Identity

  • Photo ID captured and stored securely (client evidence on request)
  • Right-to-Work verification completed prior to approval
  • Proof of address recorded (where required for onboarding)
  • DBS checks provided on request for scheme works

3) CSCS, PPE & Site Readiness

  • CSCS details captured (where held / where required by client)
  • PPE readiness confirmed (high-vis, safety footwear, gloves, eye protection, etc.)
  • Induction and site-specific requirements supported (RAMS/TMP briefings as provided by client)

Working Towards: NHSS & ISO Roadmap

For Tier 1 frameworks and long-term programmes, we can align to formal scheme accreditation requirements.

  • NHSS 12A / 12B / 12D — aligning processes to sector scheme requirements (competency, supervision, equipment checks, documented procedures)
  • ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 — quality, health & safety and environmental management systems (where required by supply chain)
  • We will only display certification logos once independently certified; until then, we provide compliance evidence packs and documented controls on request
